ABOUT OUR BLENDS
Amargosa - ORGANIC BOLIVIA + BRAZIL + SUMATRA - An earthy, yet classic medium-dark blend inspired by the Amargosa basin of the Mojave desert. Amargosa – bitter yes, but balanced with a creamy sweetness that works well with various extraction methods – from cold brew all the way to espresso – this blend delivers.
La Brea - ORGANIC PERU + BOLIVIA - Not quite as dark as the name may suggest, our dark blend is bold, yet well-balanced with just a kiss of smoke. This coffee is warm and satisfying on a chilly morning and refreshing served cold on a summer afternoon. Try with a spot of milk to bring out the chocolatey notes!
Lone Pine - ORGANIC BOLIVIA + ETHIOPIA - Cinema fans know Lone Pine as the stark and beautiful site of over 200 westerns and sci-fi movies in the shadow of Mt Whitney. Our Lone Pine is a two-origin medium roast blend with a solid base and a little wild side - adventurous as the terrain of its namesake. Delicious hot or over ice.
Interstate 5 - ORGANIC HONDURAS + BRAZIL + BOLIVIA - Our homage to the best of road trip coffee is ready for your thermos or your favorite mug on a lazy morning when the couch calls. I-5 is a versatile medium roast blend that is delicious brewed hot or cold and it pulls a smooth and creamy espresso shot too!
